Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant New

We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with experience in cognitive neurology to join a progressive outpatient neurology practice serving both Chandler and Casa Grande, AZ. This role focuses on providing high-quality care to geriatric patients with cognitive and neurodegenerative disorders, including Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, dementia, and related conditions.

You’ll work in a collaborative, non-corporate environment that prioritizes patient care, clinical autonomy, and meaningful work-life balance.

What You’ll Do

• Provide care to 25–30 patients per day in a general neurology outpatient setting, with a focus on cognitive disorders
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage treatment plans for patients with Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, dementia, and other neurodegenerative diseases
• Work alongside a dedicated medical assistant and scribe for efficient and supportive patient care
• Leverage AI-enhanced tools, including virtual check-ins, AI scribes, and upcoming platforms for prior authorizations and medication refills
• Participate in community outreach efforts including dementia support groups and stroke awareness programs
• Collaborate in clinical research with nationally recognized partners including Mayo Clinic, Lilly, Eisai, and C2N

Schedule & Location

• Chandler, AZ: Monday–Wednesday
• Casa Grande, AZ: Thursday–Friday
• Open to a Tuesday–Friday part-time schedule

Candidate Requirements

• NP or PA license in Arizona (or ability to obtain)
• Experience in cognitive neurology or geriatrics
• Passion for working with older adult populations affected by neurodegenerative conditions
