Job Type: Full-Time/Permanent

Shifts: Mon-Fri (On-site, day shifts)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pain Management Nurse Practitioner in Mesa, AZ. In this full-time, on-site role, you will play a key role in assessing, diagnosing, and managing patients with chronic pain. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct physical examinations and comprehensive patient assessments
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Prescribe medications in accordance with state and federal guidelines
  • Provide patient education on pain management strategies and treatment options
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Qualifications

  • Completion of Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) degree
  • Current Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona
  • At least six months or one year of pain management experience is required
  • Certification in Pain Management (preferred or required, depending on regulations)
  • Proven clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and pain management
  • Experience in developing and managing treatment plans for chronic pain
