NaphCare is seeking an Advance Practice Provider to join our team at the Arizona Department of Corrections- Eyman located in Florence, AZ.

Full Time Shifts, Part Time, PRN, and 8-13 week temporary contracts are available!
Pay rates range from $65.00-77.00 per hour based on employment status, shift, specific facility, site needs, licensure, and experience.

- Current unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner in Arizona
- Current DEA registration
- Valid CPR card
