Healthcare Organization: Nationwide healthcare network

Opportunity: Locums Nurse Practitioners for Ongoing Home Health Coverage
* Start Date/Duration: ASAP; ongoing contract
* Schedule: 1 day/week; or can be split into 2 half days/week. 8-16 hours per week
* NP will be providing primary care well visits to senior patients in their homes or senior nursing facilities. Includes prescribing. All visits done in person in and around the Phoenix area (East Valley area)
* Some wound care services along with well visits
* Gas card provided for travel
* 600 total patients; patients all Medicaid eligible or enrolled.
* Scheduling Support/EMR: Clinical Notes and LTI
* Arizona license

Compensation: $85 - $95 per hour with weekly pay and malpractice included. Gas card provided for driving expenses.
