Family & Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

My healthcare experience in Ghana in 2002 inspired me to pursue a career devoted to caring for others. I, therefore, chose to enter the nursing profession and advanced my education to become a leader as a family nurse practitioner. My future career goals are to work in an urgent care facility where I can provide care to the pediatric through the elderly population, and eventually build a family centered health clinic in Ghana. I have been always known to have a caring attitude, a great work ethic, and hard worker. As a future family nurse practitioner, I am confident that I will have a positive impact on my patient's health care using my knowledge, education and warmth to help individuals take control of their own health to promote personal wellness and prevent illness.
