Location: Los Angeles, CA

Pay Rate:

Local- $4000.00 - $4248.00 Weekly Gross (Eligible for Health benefits)

Travel- $4200.00 - $4459.00 Weekly Gross (eligible for Health Benefits)

MLA Travel Weekly Stipend: $1799.00 a week – MUST BE OVER 50 MILES FROM LOCATION TO QULIFY

• Setting: Clinic – Express Care
• Daily Responsibilities:
• Setting: Clinic – Primary Care
• Daily Responsibilities: Same Day Access Needs, handling scheduled patients with primary care needs such as Colds, Flu, Coughs, Rashes, Diabetes, and Blood pressure management.
• Shifts/Schedule Expectations: Monday – Friday – 8:00am – 4:30pm – No Weekends, No Holidays
• Call Schedule/Responsibilities: No Call
• PPD/Census: Estimated 24 Patients per day once ramped; (12 Patients per 4-hour block)
• EMR: EPIC

Qualification:

• Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in state
• Active BLS
• Recent booster vaccination is required.
